Dave Johnson has been a butcher since 1973.
Dave has worked in these premises since 1997 and purchased the shop in 2006, when he extended the range of produce.
Lynne, his wife joined him in 2007 and deals with the deliveries, book keeping and purchases excluding the meat products.
Our philosophy is if we wouldn't eat it we don't sell it. Good quality, tasty food with homemade items and local produce wherever possible.
