Scotch Beef
We only stock Scotch beef which is hung for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to delivery to us & then we age it further on the premises.
Rare Breed English Pork
We specialise in rare breed pork usually Berkshire or Saddleback pigs. Old varieties with marvellous flavour, which we also use for our homemade sausages.
Lamb
Be it English, Scottish, Welsh, Irish or New Zealand we buy the best lamb for the season. We also stock mutton for those classic slow cooked stews.
Chicken
We stock free range and barn reared chickens.
Other
Though not always in stock we can obtain any game and exotics from kudo to kangaroo with a little notice.
