Our new gas machine enables you to roast or spit cook meat of your choice and can be fitted with a multiple chicken spit cooking up to 35 birds. You will require an electricity supply for the turning of the spit version.
Should you be a little worried about the spit roast option use the hog roast option where the beast sits there and your only tasks are to ensure the burners are alight and probe the meat to ensure it is thoroughly cooked before carving.
Be it pork, lamb, turkey, beef or chickens the machine can provide the WOW factor to your function.
We have full HACCP & food hygiene certificates, gas safety certificate for the machinery plus full public liability insurance for your total peace of mind. Ensure other providers offer the same.

As an example a 50 kg pig can feed 150 - 200 people in a bun or 100 people on a plate.
A lamb can feed 70 - 80 people in a bun or 40 people on a plate.
