 Boneless chicken breasts, or bone in thighs or drumsticks, can be left plain or coated.

• Homemade Sausages.

All our sausages are homemade on the premises from rare breed pork. We have a selection which includes Cumberland, Flavaburst (plain pork like a breakfast sausage) Pork & Leek, Olde English, Pork & Stilton or Turkey, Sage & Red Onion. (A lower fat variety) The leek, onions, sage & stilton are all fresh produce not flavourings.

• Homemade Burgers. 

We also make all our own burgers on the premises.
